It is located in Trogir or Okrug, on the western side of the island of Čiovo. What makes Čiovo special is the abundance of beautiful bays, hidden beaches and incredible climate. This unique location offers numerous tourist facilities such as boat trips to nearby islands, a rich gastronomic offer and numerous cultural and historical sights that will not leave you indifferent. The villa is located next to the promenade where there are beaches, restaurants, cafes and a water park for children.
The island is connected to the town of Trogir by an old bridge, while the construction of a new, large bridge has enabled very simple communication with the mainland. The villa is 1 km from the UNESCO-protected historical town of Trogir, 30 km from Split, and the nearest airport is only 10 km away.

A charming and modern villa with a flat roof, built in 2015, is located on a plot of 600 m2 and extends over four floors; basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor.

In the basement there is a relaxation area where there is a sauna, a gym, a jacuzzi, and a bathroom with a shower. Definitely a space where you can enjoy and relax every day.
Further down, on the ground floor, there is a comfortable open living room and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. A special part of this villa is a stone terrace with a large outdoor pool of 35 m2 and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor fireplace and a large dining table for 14 people, as well as a sunbathing area with deck chairs that attract and invite rest and relaxation.
The first and second floors are designed as a rest and sleeping area. There are 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms on both floors. The rooms have large glass walls or open onto balconies with an open view from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The entire exterior of this villa is equally impressive as its elegant interior. All floors are connected by an internal staircase. Deck chairs by the pool, garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace give a special Mediterranean charm to the entire property. Those who prefer swimming in the sea should walk only 50 meters and find their place on the pebble beaches.
The large garden of 400 m2, in addition to the swimming pool and sunbathing area, also includes green areas and a paved area for parking.

The villa with a total of 7 bedrooms is currently in tourist rental and has the capacity to accommodate 14 guests.
