- on the floors, the parquet is oak, chevron, the highest quality 20mm
- gypsum stucco, handmade according to the model of the historical period
The office space is equipped with the most modern and luxurious equipment according to the latest trends in architecture, and the complete furniture is from the AV collection 2022. The floor is covered with marble in the part of the reception area, and in the remaining part of the floor there is solid oak parquet, first class, laid according to the "French embroidery" scheme. An IT network has been laid out in the space, an alarm system has been installed, and the entire space is air-conditioned. Special attention is paid to the "full" LED lighting of the space, which together with natural light, of which there is a lot, provides a very pleasant working atmosphere. There are two ways to heat the space; gas heating (central level) via radiators, and electricity via built-in ceiling air conditioners, and in the reception area where the floor is marble and in all toilets there is electric underfloor heating.
